Business law, tax law, and estate planning are disciplines with enormous breadth that touches every business owner and family whether their business, estate and family are large or small. The best way to take care of one’s business is to be proactive and to plan and implement revenue generating and tax minimization strategies. The best way to take care of one’s family after death is to put an estate plan in place. Proper planning puts decision making in the hands of the client and takes control away from the courts. Moreover, THG believes that proper planning allows business owners and families that are fully capable of managing their own affairs to make meaningful decisions for their lives. Planning also frees up valuable and scarce judicial resources that should be reserved for people who simply cannot afford proper planning.
THG understands that to run a successful law business today, an attorney must be more than just a lawyer. An attorney must be a courageous entrepreneur, a gifted marketer, an innovative and people-oriented manager, a computer whiz, and a dedicated student of the ever-changing technological environment. And The Hyndman Group is a scalable law business that is sought after because of its uniqueness in the industry, closeness with its clientele, and deep community respect and admiration.
