Rose has a passion for working with families with children with special needs. She helps in setting up special needs trusts to preserve and protect the child's government benefits and provide families with a way to supplement the child's benefits so they can maintain their standard of living once their parents are gone.
Rose began her career as a general practice attorney practicing in many different practice areas. She now focuses on estate planning and business planning. She has experience in probate administration, trust administration and probate court litigation. Having seen the many ways an estate plan can fail, she has dedicated her practice to not only helping families set up an estate plan, but to being their personal family lawyer to make sure the plan continues to work for them throughout their life and after their death.
